Base: Light-colored marble cladding in the form of simplified moldings, prioritizing the vertical direction to make the project feel taller when standing close.
Body: The volume of the building is quite large compared to its current height, so to avoid the feeling that the building is lower, the body will be prioritized to emphasize the vertical direction (fiberglass concrete frame painted in light-colored rough paint) to achieve the desired aesthetic effect.
Roof: Considered as the "closing" part of the vertical directions, this area will be redone to be more "refined", with more details and a slightly higher reflection than the rest. The Massan roof will be covered with metal panels and painted in dark rough paint for the attic
