NHÀ CỘNG SINH is a design office established and continuously operating since 2012. Originating from the collaboration of experienced architects in fields including Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, and Planning from the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City and highly skilled architects trained in countries such as Belgium, Australia, and Singapore, we aim for professionalism in organizing design activities across various sectors and incorporating in-depth, up-to-date knowledge into our work.

In addition to the operation of our domestic expert team and international learning experiences, we have built strong and long-term cooperative relationships with international entities, with global operations from Belgium and Spain. We collaborate on conceptual design tasks, participate in the design ideation process, develop design documentation together, and jointly oversee the construction process to ensure the design is realized in the most accurate and professional manner.

With a professional team of architects and comprehensive collaboration with related partners, we excel in consulting and executing projects in the resort sector such as resorts and hotels; service projects including restaurants, spas, service centers, office buildings; various residential projects like apartments, villas, houses, and landscape designs for resorts and parks. Additionally, through collaboration with lecturers from the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City, we have the opportunity to update and apply many new design trends in practice, as well as further develop research related to landscape architecture and urban spaces.

We work with the goal of creating the most suitable and perfected spaces at various levels, from planning, landscape, structures, to interior details. We believe that a place is created not only by three-dimensional space but also by a fourth dimension, the dimension of meaning.
